Why Legacium
What Makes Our Approach Different
Strictly Informational
Every session is framed as educational content only. No individual advice is offered, and participants are always encouraged to consult qualified professionals for their specific circumstances.
Calm, Considerate Delivery
These topics require sensitivity. Our facilitators create a space where families can absorb information without pressure, and take time to decide what steps — if any — they'd like to take.
Practical Take-Home Materials
Each programme includes checklists, templates, or facilitation guides. Participants leave with something they can immediately put to use in their own homes or organisations.
Plain Language Throughout
We avoid jargon wherever possible. Concepts are explained in straightforward terms, making sessions accessible to people who are encountering these topics for the first time.
Family & Business Contexts
Whether you're an individual managing household records or a family-run company thinking about role continuity, there is a programme structured to fit that specific context.
Based in Bangkok
Programmes are held in central Bangkok, at our Taling Chan location, making them accessible to families across the metropolitan area with convenient transport links nearby.

Each programme focuses on a specific area of family record organisation or business continuity planning. They cover general frameworks and administrative practices — not personal financial, legal, or tax matters. Content is delivered as educational information only.
Do I need to attend all three programmes?
No. Each programme is self-contained. You're welcome to begin with whichever session is most relevant to your current situation. Many participants start with the Orientation before progressing to the Workshop, but this is entirely optional.
Is individual advice provided during or after the sessions?
No individual advice is provided at any point. Our programmes are strictly educational. For personal legal, financial, or administrative matters, we encourage participants to engage qualified local professionals. We can provide general guidance on what type of professional might be relevant.
How long does each programme run?
The Orientation runs for approximately half a day (4 hours). The Records & Document Cataloguing Workshop is a full-day session. The Family-Business Continuity Programme is structured across two full days, with materials to review between sessions.
