Our Story
A Quieter Conversation About What Families Need to Know
Legacium was founded on a simple idea: the information families need to organise their records and plan for continuity should be straightforward, calm, and available without pressure.
Back to HomeWho We Are
Legacium — Founded in Bangkok to Fill a Gap
Legacium began after its founders noticed something that came up repeatedly in family conversations: many households in Bangkok — and across Thailand — had no clear picture of their own records. Documents sat in drawers unlabelled, heirloom information was held in one person's memory, and the question of who held what and where had never been written down.
The problem wasn't a lack of care or intention. It was simply that nobody had ever explained, in ordinary language, how to approach the task. Professional services existed for those with complex circumstances, but the straightforward, educational starting point — the kind that helps a family understand what they even have — was missing.
We set out to provide that starting point. Our programmes are seminars and workshops only. No advice is given, no individual outcomes are promised, and no regulated services are offered. What we offer is information, structure, and practical tools that families can take home and use at whatever pace suits them.
Our Mission
Making the Unfamiliar Feel Manageable
Our mission is to help families and family-run businesses in Thailand approach the subject of record organisation and continuity planning without anxiety. We believe that having a clear picture of your household or company records is something any family can achieve — it simply requires someone to explain the steps in plain, accessible terms.
We hold our sessions in a small-group environment at our premises in Taling Chan, Bangkok. Group sizes are kept manageable so that facilitators can address questions clearly, and all materials are written in straightforward English to serve Bangkok's internationally connected community.

How We Work
Our Standards and Approach
Every aspect of how Legacium delivers its programmes is guided by a consistent set of principles. These are not aspirational statements — they're the practical standards we hold each session to.
No Advice, Ever
Our facilitators are trained not to cross the line into individual advice. All content is general and educational. This protects participants and maintains the integrity of our programmes as information resources only.
Participant Privacy
Information shared during sessions remains within the group. We do not record sessions, share participant details with third parties, or retain personal data beyond what is needed for programme administration.
Content Reviewed Regularly
Programme materials are reviewed and updated on a regular cycle to reflect changes in commonly used record-keeping practices and administrative norms in Thailand. Participants always receive current materials.
Managed Group Sizes
We cap group sizes to ensure every participant can hear clearly, ask questions, and engage with the material properly. We do not run oversized sessions to maximise revenue at the cost of quality.
Considerate Facilitation
These topics touch on personal and family circumstances. Our facilitators approach every session with care, and participants are never pressured to share more than they are comfortable sharing in a group setting.
Practical Take-Home Value
Every programme includes tangible materials — checklists, templates, or facilitation guides — that participants can use immediately. The value of each session extends well beyond the time spent in the room.
Our Values & Expertise
Why Family Record Organisation Matters — and Why the Starting Point Matters More
Estate organisation — the straightforward process of identifying, labelling, and safely storing a household's key documents — is something most families put off indefinitely. It doesn't feel urgent until it suddenly becomes the most urgent thing in the room. Legacium's work is about helping families get ahead of that moment, calmly and without drama.
The records that matter to a family are not always the obvious ones. Beyond property documents and financial accounts, there are warranties, instruction records, heirloom histories, and the kind of institutional memory that lives only in one person's head. When that person is unavailable, that information becomes genuinely difficult to reconstruct. Our programmes walk families through how to think about all of these categories, not just the headline items.
For family-run businesses in Bangkok and the wider Thai metropolitan area, the challenge takes a different shape. The knowledge about who does what, how processes work, and what relationships underpin the company's day-to-day operations is often entirely informal. The Family-Business Continuity Information Programme gives leadership teams a structured way to surface and document that knowledge — not as a legal exercise, but as a communication and planning one.
Legacium operates at the beginning of this journey, not at the end. We are the first conversation, not the last. Our participants leave with more clarity than they arrived with, and with practical tools to move forward — wherever that takes them.
